You can go to Petrol Ofisi stations across Turkey at any time and fill up the vehicle by mentioning that the car has the National Vehicle Recognition System, without paying any additional fee. If you fill up at a station other than Petrol Ofisi, the fuel cost will be your responsibility.

When creating a reservation, the vehicle will be dropped off within a 20-minute walking distance from the location you choose in the app. If you select the "Direct to Address" feature, the vehicle will be delivered to the nearest point to your chosen location. The "Direct to Address" service fee will be included in the Total Amount on the payment page. We recommend keeping app notifications turned on to track your reservation status.
