• What is the Safe Driving Score?
    We support safe driving! With the help of technology in our vehicles, every trip is tracked for safe driving. All drivers are scored based on factors such as speeding, handbrake usage, and sudden braking and acceleration. Those with a high average score are rewarded, while those who drive recklessly can be excluded from the system.
  • What is GetirDrive?
    GetirDrive provides hourly and daily car-sharing services. With GetirDrive, you can drive a car closest to you for as long as you need it through the application. You can leave the GetirDrive vehicle anywhere within the service area after driving it wherever you want, as much as you want.
  • What is daily trip?
    Any trip exceeding 10 hours will automatically turn into daily trips. You do not have to pay any additional fees for the remaining 14 hours. The distance limit for the 10-hour trip is 250 kilometers. If you exceed this limit of 250 kilometers, you may continue driving the vehicle with the standard extra kilometer fee.
  • What are hourly / daily packages?
    Hourly and daily packages are prepaid packages that provide advantages for our users who more or less know for how long they are driving.

    These packages include duration and total specified kilometers. However, toll gates, HGS, and traffic tickets are not covered.

    If you exceed the duration and total specified kilometers of the package, the extra trip fee is calculated according to the standard 1-minute trip and extra kilometer fees of the vehicle. This amount is billed at the end of the trip.

    If you have to cancel your trip within its first 5 minutes for hourly or daily packages, you will not pay any fees. However, for cancellations later than 5 minutes, the amount of the total package will be charged.
  • Why do I have up to 3 minutes free of charge after I terminate my trip?
    You have up to 3 minutes free of charge that starts after you tap the “Finish” button at the end of your trip so that you can upload the photos of and address details for the vehicle.
  • How does 0km daily package work?
    The prices in 0km packages are the duration cost, including insurance. Each kilometer you drive is calculated according to the discounted amount per km that you see in the package details. For example, you chose the 0km package, and the payment was charged to your registered credit card at the beginning of your trip. You then traveled 100km for the duration of your trip. At the end of your trip, this 100km you have made is calculated per the discounted km price of the package and the payment is charged to your registered card. In addition, your insurance fee of 150 TL is already included in this price.

  • What is Promotion MERHABA?
    You will receive 500 TL discount exclusive for your first trip after your membership gets approved. You can use this discount by selecting the campaign from "Choose Your Promo" field before you start your trip.

    You first have to get your membership approved to be eligible for the discount. This promotion will be valid only for your first trip in either GetirDrive on your Getir, GetirDrive or BiTaksi app.

    The promotion is only valid for your first trip and any promo code not used for a first trip will be deactivated.

    This promotion is valid through December 31, 2024.
  • What is Promotion USTA?
    GetirDrive sees users who follow traffic rules and who don't have any damage or traffic ticket record as masters of the road, and recognizes them with discounts.

    The promotion can be used only once on the GetirDrive app or on GetirDrive in Getir and BiTaksi applications.

    You can earn up to 30% off up to 300 TL in “USTA” campaign based on your driving after each trip. Users with average of 95 points or higher from all drives last week will earn 30% off up to 300 TL, and users with 80-95 points will earn 20% off up to 200 TL every week.

    You can use this discount by selecting this campaign from “Choose Your Promo” field before you start your trip.

    This promotion is valid through December 31, 2024.

    We send an SMS with a promo code for %20 discount on Wednesdays to users who qualify for the promotion, and they can use this code on Thursday.

    The maximum amount of discount that can be redeemed is 100 TL.

    You can recognize featured cars by their star icon.

    First, tap on the “Contracted Car Wash Spots” icon that you see on the left side of the map in the application. Check the car wash spots where you plan to terminate your trip. Then start your trip as usual.

    Terminate your trip of this featured car within the 200-meter radius of the contracted car wash to instantly get 75 TL discount. You can tell that you have come within the 200-meter radius from the green lines shown on the map.

    After you terminate your trip, we'll send you another discount code of 75 TL, which will be valid for 30 days.

    You can use this discount together with all promotions and discounts except for the Bonus Area one.

  • Featured Car – How do I get a discount for fueling up?
    You can recognize featured cars by their star icon.

    All you have to do to get this featured car’s gift is to stop by any Petrol Ofisi station during your trip and fill the tank free of charge with identification system.

    Your discount up to 150 TL will be instantly deducted at the end of your trip.

    Remember, not every car with low fuel is a featured car.

    You can combine this discount with other promotions and discounts.

  • Featured Car – How do I get a discount for selecting a car in a walking distance?
    You can recognize featured cars by their star icon.

    All you have to do to get this featured car’s gift is to start your trip of this car with Walking feature and drive it as usual.

    Your discount up to 75 TL will be instantly deducted at the end of your trip.

    You can combine this discount with other promotions and discounts.

  • How do I get more fuel?
    All GetirDrive automobiles have vehicle identification system installed. You can visit any Petrol Ofisi station in Turkey and fuel up without paying after stating that you have vehicle identification system installed. If you choose to refuel at another station, you will have to cover the fee yourself.

  • Who can use GetirDrive?
    According to our general trip conditions, new GetirDrive memberships created by

    - users between the ages of 21 and 25 who hold a driver's licence with an ID number of 2 years and a credit card,
    - users of the age 26 and above who hold a driver's licence with an ID number of 1 year and a credit card are all valid.
  • Do I need a reservation before starting a trip?
    You do not need to make a reservation on GetirDrive. Any vehicle you choose belongs to you for the duration you have them!
  • How do I use the filter feature?
    The filter feature in the submenu of the application lets you filter according to the type of available vehicles on the map that you would like to choose. You can also filter by fuel level, gear type, and brand.
  • Is there a trip duration limit on GetirDrive?
    There is no duration limit on GetirDrive. You can use the vehicle for as long as you want. You pay according to the daily car trip tariff for your trips exceeding 10 hours. In other words, you are charged for only 10 hours of your 24-hour trips. If you exceed the distance traveled limit, however, this total is calculated separately per the extra kilometer fee of the vehicle.
  • When is the call center available?
    You can reach the GetirDrive call center from 0850 314 99 88 number 24/7.
  • Can someone else drive the car?
    Only the GetirDrive member can drive the vehicle. Otherwise, the insurance conditions are considered breached and the member becomes liable.
  • Can I bring my pet too?
    Your pet can travel with you, as long as they are in a suitable carrier or cage. If they are not in a carrier or a cage, they might get into a little bit of mischief in the vehicle. When such an event occurs, you will be charged the full-service cleaning fee separately.
  • Are there any offers or promotions on GetirDrive?
    To begin, please remember to use the promotion "MERHABA" on your first trip. With this promotion, you can save 500 TL on your first trip.

    You can use your other campaign codes on the by selecting the campaign from "Choose Your Promo" field before you start your trip.

    GetirDrive promotions are only valid for the period of the trip. Any additional kilometers that may be charged are not included.

  • What is a Bonus Area and how do I get a discount?
    You can recognize the Bonus Areas by their purple color on the map and tap on them for more details on discounts they offer.

    You can combine the Bonus Area discount with other promotions or use together with packages.

    You will not be eligible for an additional car wash or charging point discount when you terminate your trip in a Bonus Area.

    Bonus Area discounts are valid for total duration fees. Any amount to be charged for exceeding the determined distance in kilometers or for toll gates are not covered.
  • Where are the service areas?
    The areas in Istanbul and Izmir where GetirDrive users can start and terminate their trips are called “service areas”. You can see Istanbul and Izmir service areas where you can start and terminate your trips framed by a black line. You can start your trip from any one of these 2 cities where GetirDrive operates, and terminate it in another.

  • Can I travel outside the service areas with the trip car?
    You can travel by the GetirDrive car outside the service areas as well. Moreover, you are still covered by the insurance even if you are outside these areas.

    However, you can only terminate your trip within a service area. You can travel within the city or between these two metropolises where we operate as you wish.
  • Can I cancel my trip?
    You have 5 minutes to cancel the trip free of charge after tapping the Payment button.

    If you do not cancel within 5 minutes, the trip process will start, and a per-minute fee will be charged to your account.

    For example, you will be charged a minute’s fee if you cancel your trip within 6 minutes, two minutes fee if you cancel within 7 minutes, so on and so forth.

    The same applies to duration packages. For cancellations exceeding 5 minutes, the duration package fee is charged.
  • Is there a limit to distance traveled?
    There is no limit to distance traveled for GetirDrive trips. Your first 250 kilometers are free for per-minute basis trips. When you complete 250 kilometers, the “kilometer excess fee” on the vehicle cards comes into play. Exceed this limit of 250 kilometers triggers “extra kilometer fee” indicated on the vehicle card.

    We have two advantageous packages: “Kilometer included” and “0km”.

    In kilometer packages, the distance traveled limit is included in the package price. If you exceed this limit, you will be charged per the extra kilometer fee of your GetirDrive vehicle.

    The price you see for 0km packages, on the other hand, is only the price for the trip duration. The total price is calculated by multiplying with the fee per kilometer indicated in the package details, and invoiced at the end of the trip duration.
  • What should I do if I forget something in the vehicle?
    When you’re about to terminate your trip, we present you with a checklist to prevent situations such as these. You are responsible for your belongings.
  • How do I start my trip?
    You can drive a GetirDrive vehicle whenever you want by simply choosing the one closest to you on the map. Select the vehicle, and tap the “Confirm and Pay” button. When you are near the car, you can open the vehicle’s door through the app and get the key from the glove box.
  • How do I terminate my trip?
    Tap the “Finish” button to terminate your trip. Then go through the checklist carefully. If no damage has occurred during your trip, take photos of the vehicle as directed by the application. In this way, you will not be liable for any damage that may occur to the vehicle after you park it. If the vehicle was damaged in any way during your trip, taking photos as directed by the application and entering necessary information would also suffice.

    Lastly, uploading a photo to show where the vehicle is more clearly and note details on the drop off location would make it easier for the next user to find it.
  • What is the minimum usage fee?
    Starting from 26.12.2024, the minimum usage fee is set at ₺75. No additional charges apply for rentals exceeding this amount. For rentals below the minimum fee, a fixed charge of ₺75 will apply. This regulation does not apply to first rentals, parking campaigns, or rentals made through the bitaksi app.
  • What is reserved daily rental?
    It's a service where you can reserve a car for at least 1 day, up to 30 days in advance, starting from at least 3 hours later. You can use the reserved car on the specified future date.
  • How can I make a daily car reservation?
    You can create a reservation for your daily car needs through the GetirDrive mobile app. After entering the app, tap on the "Daily" tab to make a reservation. Choose the location where you want to pick up the car from the address bar or map, then enter the date and time details. Select the car group and km package that suits your needs and complete the payment to finalize your reservation.
  • Which car groups can I choose for reserved daily rental?
    You can rent vehicles in the Economy and Comfort segments available in our fleet. Economy: Renault Clio, Hyundai i20, Opel Corsa, Renault Taliant, Dacia Sandero, Citroen C3 Comfort: Hyundai Bayon, Citroen C3 Aircross, Dacia Sandero Stepway, Kia Stonic
  • For how long can I make a reservation?
    You can make multiple reservations for different dates and times, with a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 30 days.
  • When is the payment for the Daily Package made?
    Payment is taken at the time of reservation. Additionally, no pre-authorization fee is charged.
  • Can I cancel my reservation?
    You can cancel your reservation for free via the app up to 3 hours before the reservation time. If you cancel with less than 3 hours remaining, a cancellation fee of 200 TL will be charged. Additionally, to start your rental, you need to click the "Continue" button on the "Reservation Details" page to access the vehicle. If you cancel your rental within the first 5 minutes of the initial 15-minute access period, a 200 TL Reservation Cancellation Fee will be charged. If you cancel after the 6th minute, both the 200 TL Reservation Cancellation Fee and the fee for your selected package will be charged. For reservations with the "Direct to Address" option, a 250 TL delivery fee will be refunded in all cancellations.
  • Can I change the duration or dates of my reservation?
    You can cancel your reservation up to 3 hours before the reservation time through the app and make a new reservation with updated dates and current prices.
  • Where can I pick up the car I reserved?
    The car will be placed within a 20 minutes walking distance from the location you selected in the app when creating the reservation. If you choose the "Direct to Adress" feature, the car will be placed at the nearest point to your selected location. The "Direct to Adress" service costs 250 TL, which will be added to the Total Amount during the payment step. Please make sure to keep app notifications on to track your reservation status.
  • Can I drop off the car at a different location from where I picked it up?
    You are free to travel outside the city during your rental period. We kindly remind you that you must end your rental within the service areas shown on the map in İstanbul and İzmir.
  • How does the pricing process work and what are the payment methods?
    When making a reservation, you can purchase a discounted kilometer package based on your needs and use it accordingly. If you exceed your package's kilometers or didn't add a kilometer package, you will be charged per kilometer. If you do not end the rental at the specified end time, a per-minute charge for the car group you rented will start. No pre-authorization fee is taken.
  • Will I have to pay a parking fee during my reserved rental?
    If you start your rental at a paid parking lot, you will pay the fee and share a photo through the "Parking Ticket" section after the 4-angle photos at the end of your rental. We will define 50% more than the amount you paid as a campaign in your account within 2 days. In Izmir, you can use İzelman parking lots for free, and you do not need to make any payments when picking up or dropping off the car. You can see the parking lots you can use for free by clicking the "Parking" icon in the app.
  • Is a Findeks report required for reserved daily rentals?
    No, GetirDrive's "General Terms of Use" apply to reserved daily rentals. For users aged 21-25, a driver's license with a TCKN (Turkish Republic ID Number) that has been held for at least 2 years and a credit card are required. For users aged 26 and over, a driver's license with a TCKN that has been held for at least 1 year and a credit card are required. For existing GetirDrive members, users must be at least 21 years old and have held a driver's license for at least 1 year.
  • How does kilometer and fuel usage work for daily reservations?
    When making a reservation, you can purchase a discounted kilometer package based on your needs. If you run out of your package during the rental or didn't add a kilometer package, you will be charged per kilometer. There is no kilometer limit. Insurance and fuel are included in the package prices.
  • What is the minimum usage fee?

  • How Discounts are Calculated and Combined in the GetirDrive App
    • If a campaign includes both TL-based and percentage-based discounts, the TL discount is applied first.
    • After the TL discount is applied, percentage-based discounts are calculated on the remaining amount.
    • If multiple percentage-based discounts are to be applied, the discount with the highest maximum discount value is applied first.
    • If there are multiple percentage-based discounts with the same maximum discount value, the discount with the lower maximum value in monetary terms is applied first.
  • Can I get an invoice?
    Yes, you can receive either a personal or corporate invoice for all your rentals. Make sure to enter your billing information and select either an individual or corporate billing address before completing your rental!
  • Can I expense my invoice to the company I work for?
    Yes, by entering your company's information when creating the billing address, you can have the invoice issued to your company for reimbursement.
  • How can I create a billing address?
    When starting your rental, simply enter your business address and details as a new payment method to create a billing address.
  • How do you calculate the price?
    The fee for per-minute basis trip varies according to the make, model, and gear option of the vehicle. You can review the hourly trip, daily trip, and extra kilometer fees under the heading “Vehicles and Prices” of the vehicle cards on the map and in the menu. You can find the advantageous package totals on the detailed vehicle cards. Charging or package trip starts automatically 15 minutes after you tap “Confirm and Pay” button or when you open the vehicle’s door.
  • How do I pay?
    You can pay only with a credit card or a virtual card for GetirDrive trips.
  • Do you issue invoices?
    You can access your invoices from the Trip History tab on your Profile page.
  • Do the vehicles have HGS (Fast-Pass System)? If they do, who pays for it?
    Our vehicles all have HGS integrated. Any transaction will be charged to your credit card with a service fee after your trip.
  • I got a traffic ticket while I was driving the GetirDrive vehicle. Is it me who is supposed to pay it?
    If you get a ticket while you have the GetirDrive vehicle, this documentation is issued with your ID information on it through KABIS (trip Vehicle Declaration System). In such a case, you can check and pay the amount via E-Devlet.
  • What is deposit?
    Deposit refers to the hold placed on your credit card and that varies according to the make and model of the vehicle for by-the-minute trips and hourly packages.

    Deposit fee is calculated according to the package duration and per-minute price, which varies depending on the make and model of the vehicle, for daily packages.

    Deposits are canceled immediately as soon as your trip is terminated. However, if the end of the trip period coincides with the end of the day, your bank’s cancellation policy will apply.

  • Which rentals are eligible for the installment option?
    You can benefit from 3, 6 and 12 month installment options for all hourly, minute-based, and daily packages.
  • Can I pay for my promotional/discounted package rental in installments?
    The discount on package rental is included in the installment option.
  • Are amounts outside of the package total also eligible for installment?
    Bridge and highway toll fees and overage amounts are not eligible for installment.
  • Is there any bank restriction for the installment option?
    It is valid for credit cards from all banks.
  • Will my bank accept the installment amount?
    The installment amounts for 3, 6 and 12 months are applied within the scope of your bank's installment policy. If you are unable to apply the installment option, you need to contact your bank.
  • How can I get my payment back in case of cancellation or refund?
    For any reason, your payment made with the installment option will be refunded to your card in installments according to your bank's refund policy.
  • How do I become a member?
    The first thing you must do is to enter your personal information and upload a photo of your driver’s license with your ID number. Remember: The law prohibits renting a car with a driver’s license that does not have an ID number.

    Immediately after, you need to record a 5-second video in which you state your acceptance of your membership agreement.

    There are a few things you need to pay attention. It is essential that you are in a quiet and bright environment and that you do not wear any accessories such as a hat or glasses. You must read the contract text aloud and accurately.

    After completing these steps, your free GetirDrive membership will be activated following the approval process, which will be completed as soon as possible.

  • Can I start a trip as soon as I download the app?
    The system checks are finalized only a short while after you submit your digital membership application, then you can drive a car immediately.
  • Can I use GetirDrive with my driver's license from abroad?
    In addition to the photo of your driver’s license, you have to upload a photo of your passport.
  • How do you define “cleanliness”?
    At GetirDrive, cleanliness is of utmost importance to us.

    Our vehicles serve many users throughout the day. Therefore, sometimes there may be some accumulated dust that does not require immediate intervention.

    However, if you come across mud, ashes, or any other mess in the vehicle, please let us know.

    We will immediately prompt our field team to the relevant vehicle in line with your feedback.
  • How often are the vehicles cleaned?
    We create the cleaning schedule of our vehicles in line with the frequency of use and your feedback. We also disinfect all our vehicles at regular intervals.
  • Is smoking allowed in your cars?
    No, smoking in our cars is prohibited.

    Our cars serve all GetirDrive users. We do not allow smoking in our cars, and we impose the full-service cleaning fee of 2000 TL + VAT if we detect such cases.
  • What should I do if I come across a dirty car? And when the liability to pay for a full-service cleaning is on me?
    If you come across such a vehicle, please take pictures just as your trip starts and send it to [email protected].

    When the next user makes a complaint, there may be a risk that the full-service cleaning fee of 1.000 TL + VAT will be charged to you. In case of not letting us know about the situation.

    Therefore, it is important that you share any complaints you might have, especially about cleaning.
  • Are the vehicles insured?
    In case where damage or an accident occurs, the user does not have any financial liability as long as they are not score 100% rate for the accident resulting in material damage upon inspection of the Traffic Insurance Information Center or the police/gendarme and have all necessary documentation.

    Highway Motor Vehicles Compulsory Financial Liability Insurance, Facultative Financial Liability with the limit and coverage to be determined by GetirDrive, Personal Accident Insurance, and Comprehensive Catastrophic Insurance for force majeure events such as earthquake, flood, strike, lockout, civil unrest, and terrorism attacks are all provided by GetirDrive. 

    If, as a result of the accident reportm mentioned above, Law Enforcement Reports, Eyewitness Reports, and Records of Testimony, the GetirDrive user scores 100% fault rate (for running a red light, rear-ending, exceeding the speed limit, DUI, etc.), they are charged a damage management fee of up to 5.000 TL + VAT.

    Damage management fee includes expenses such as loss of rent or calling a tow truck. In cases such as drunk driving or fleeing the scene, all damage costs and damage management fees are charged to the user.
  • What should I do if a single-vehicle accident occurs?
    If the user’s fault rate is not deemed to be 100% as a result of these documentation, no fee will be charged.

    1- If the damage is higher than 3,000 TL, you must submit the traffic accident report, blood alcohol test, and detailed photos of the accident to the service station determined by GetirDrive within 2 working days from the date of the accident.

    2- If you can collect all these documents while you still have the vehicle, you can leave them inside the glove box of the vehicle and send the photos.

    3- If, as a result of the Accident Report, Law Enforcement Reports, Eyewitness Reports, and Records of Testimony, the GetirDrive user is found to have a 100% fault rate (for running a red light, rear-ending, exceeding the speed limit, DUI, etc.), they are charged a damage management fee of up to 5.000 TL + VAT.

    Damage management fee includes expenses such as loss of rent or calling a tow truck. In cases such as drunk driving or fleeing the scene, all damage costs and damage management fees are charged to the user.

    If a single-vehicle accident with damages up to 2,000 TL occurs, you must take photos of the accident, upload them to GetirDrive with a description, call 0850 314 99 88.

  • What should I do if a multi-vehicle accident occurs?
    If the user’s fault rate is not deemed to be 100% as a result of these documentation, no fee will be charged.

    1- Regardless of the cost of damage, you must fill out an accident report form with the vehicles involved and put it in the glove compartment of the vehicle together with copies of your driver’s license and relevant documents of the other parties (driver’s license, permits, traffic insurance). If there is no accident report form in the vehicle, you can download the mobile accident report from the link and fill it online: https://bit.ly/mobilkaza/

    2- In cases where an agreement cannot be reached or in case of an accident involving personal injury, the police must be called to the scene.

    3- Afterwards, you must deliver the originals of the Traffic Accident Report and the Blood Alcohol Report, detailed photographs of the accident, and photocopies of documents such as driver’s license and Traffic Insurance Policy to the service station determined by GetirDrive within 2 working days from the date of the accident. You should also call 0850 314 99 88 number to inform us of the situation.

    If, as a result of the Accident Report, Law Enforcement Reports, Eyewitness Reports, and Records of Testimony, the GetirDrive user is found to have a 100% fault rate (for running a red light, rear-ending, exceeding the speed limit, DUI, etc.), they are charged a damage management fee of up to 5000 TL + VAT.

    Damage management fee includes expenses such as loss of rent or calling a tow truck. In cases such as drunk driving or fleeing the scene, all damage costs and damage management fees are charged to the user.

  • What should I do if the vehicle has a damaged tire?
    Before starting your trip, check the tires visually and with your feet. If you spot any damage which would prevent you from driving or any condition varying from the standard, cancel your trip on the application. Type in “damaged tire” in the relevant field for the cancellation and terminate your trip. If any trip fee has already been invoiced, you can call and inform the customer service for a refund.

    If the tire is damaged while you are driving, park it in a safe area as soon as possible for both your own and other drivers’ safety. When terminating your trip, report the damage by tapping the nearest possible point on the damaged tire from the notification template. Finally, call and inform the customer service. If the damage occurred as a result of an accident, you must examine other questions about any kind of damage and follow relevant processes.
  • How can I use shopping mall's parking lots for free?

    Pay the parking fee when starting your trip with a vehicle dropped off at a shopping mall parking lot and share a photo of the receipt in the "Parking Lot Receipt" tab at the end of your trip. We will send you a promotion code that worth 50% more of the amount you have paid. The amount you pay for parking is subject to the relevant shopping mall's ticket pricing policies and may vary from one to another. You can drop off the vehicle at any parking lot of a shopping mall in the Istanbul service area for free when terminating your trip. Just leave the ticket in a place where the next user can easily find it! You may face penalties in case you fail to leave the ticket inside the vehicle.

  • Where can I park?
    You can park in areas within the service area that are safe, where the car will not be towed, and where the next driver can easily access the car. If the car is left in a paid parking lot, the parking fee will be reflected on the user who left it. If you have chose a car that has been left in a paid parking lot, paying the fee and sending a photo of the receipt to [email protected] will be sufficient for us to refund the parking fee to you.
  • Which parking lots are free and how can I use them?

    Tap on the ‘Parking Lots’ icon located at the top right corner of the app to access the list of free parking lots available for dropping off our cars.

    When making use of these parking lots, go ahead and settle the payment. Following your use, upload snapshots from different angles, then share a photo of your receipt using the ‘Parking Lot Receipt’ tab. In just 2 days, enjoy an additional 50% credited to your account—our way of treating you to something special. This means we define 50% more than the amount you paid as a promotional offer.

    In Izmir, Izelman parking lots are free for GetirDrive users, ensuring you won’t incur any fees when entering or leaving.

  • How do I use Izelman Parking Lots?
    Underground parking lots are not included in the free parking due to limited internet access. Providing its services completely online, GetirDrive must have access to active internet access, especially for the trip start and termination processes. Alsancak Fully Automatic Parking Lot is also not to be used for GetirDrive vehicles due to its automatic system. All remaining open, closed, or roadside Izelman Parking Lots are free for users of GetirDrive, whether they are in our Izmir service area or not. Since you cannot terminate your trip outside the service area, you can use Izelman Parking Lots outside the service area only for temporary parking. When entering an Izelman Parking Lot, don’t forget to tell the cashier that the vehicle belongs to GetirDrive. This way, the cashier can initiate the free parking process for you.
  • What to do when picking up a vehicle at Sabiha Gökçen?
    If you’re using the metro route (the best thing to do if you have luggage) use Exit 2, turning right after the ATMs while still in the metro tunnel. Follow the “ISG AIRPORT HOTEL” signs. You will see GetirDrive’s vehicles in the parking lot to the left of the hotel. The barrier gate will lift automatically when you’re leaving the free parking lot.

    If you’re using the terminal route, turn left after you exit the terminal. Follow the “ISG AIRPORT HOTEL” signs. You will see the hotel when you go down the stairs situated at the end of the moving walkway. GetirDrive’s vehicles will be in the parking lot to the left of the hotel. The barrier gate will lift automatically when you’re leaving the free parking lot

  • What to do when dropping off a vehicle at Sabiha Gökçen?
    Enter the airport and follow the “ISG AIRPORT HOTEL” sign in blue. Continue from the left lane, going under the viaduct. You will see the hotel after you turn left from the first roundabout after the viaduct. The area where you can park the GetirDrive vehicle is on the left of the hotel. Tell the attendant that you’re driving a GetirDrive vehicle for free parking.

    If you’re using the terminal route after you drop off the vehicle, follow the footpath towards the barrier gate, then the “Airport” signs. You will reach the Arrivals floor in just 3 minutes with the footpath. You can go up to the Departures floor inside the airport.

    If you’re using the metro route (the best thing to do if you have luggage), use the exit for “ISG AIRPORT HOTEL” after you off the GetirDrive vehicle. Take Entry 2 for the metro, then Exit 3 to reach the airport in 5 minutes.

  • How do I start a trip from Istanbul Airport?
    Choose an available vehicle that you want through the application.  

    The vehicle of your choice will be waiting in the Rent-a-Car Park (R) Floor - Vehicle Pick Up Yellow Parking Lot (columns I, J, K and L) which you can get with the directions at the parking lot entrance. You can easily find its location on the Rent a Car (R) Floor with the previous user’s descriptions and the photo of the vehicle on the app.  

    After renting the vehicle, the barriers at the exit of the parking lot will open automatically. If it does not, you can ask for help by pressing the button with the phone icon on the machine from which the parking ticket is taken and stating that you would like to exit with a GetirDrive vehicle.
  • How do I terminate a trip at Istanbul Airport?
    You can get to the Yellow Parking Lot (columns I, J, K and L) by following the “Rent a Car (R) Floor - Vehicle Pick Up” signs right after you pass through the main entrance gate of the airport.

    Since the license plates of our vehicles are already defined in the system, the barriers at the entrance of the parking lot will be opened automatically.

    If it does not, you can ask for help by pressing the button with the phone icon on the machine from which the parking ticket is taken and stating that you would like to exit with a GetirDrive vehicle.

    Afterward, you can drop off your GetirDrive vehicle at the Yellow Parking Lot (columns I, J, K and L) on Rent a Car (R) Floor. It is crucial for GetirDrive and the next user that you type in the description and photo of the parking area where you have left the vehicle, including the parking lot color and column number.
  • How do I start a trip from Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport?
    Choose an available vehicle that you want through the application. The vehicle of your choice will be waiting on the Rent-a-Car Floor of the Airport Parking Lot.

    You can easily find the vehicle by tapping the “Get Directions” button on the application.

    You have to pay the parking fee when leaving the Airport Parking Lot. After making your payment, you can take a photo of the receipt and send an e-mail to [email protected] with your IBAN address.
  • How do I terminate a trip at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport?
    After entering the airport, proceed towards the Domestic Terminal and head for the Rent-a-Car Parking Lot. Be sure to leave the receipt you have received when entering the parking lot in a visible place inside the vehicle.
